What began as a small vineyard inspired by Mr. Adamo’s roots in Calabria has evolved into a destination where the love of the land and the art of winemaking meet. Here, tradition and innovation work hand in hand, from sustainable farming practices to carefully crafted, small-batch wines that capture the character of the region. Every visit invites guests to slow down, connect, and enjoy the authentic spirit of our winery.

Windmill Background
As part of an emerging wine region, our terroir-focused approach reflects a deep respect for the environment, climate, and local landscape. We build partnerships with growers who share our commitment to sustainable practices.

We follow environmentally-friendly practices, including mechanical and hand weeding, careful spray management, organic-inspired fertilizers, and daily vineyard monitoring for pests and disease. Bird deterrents and proactive care help us protect the crop while minimizing chemical use, demonstrating that sustainable viticulture can thrive in our region.
