The Beginning

The first vines were planted, starting Adamo Estate Winery’s journey in the Hills of Headwaters, Mono, Ontario.

2014

Early Production

The Winery produced its first 3,000 cases, focusing on small-batch, quality wines.

2015

Growth Continues

Production rose to 7,000 cases as the Vineyard expanded.

2016

Winery Opening

The Winery opened in September 2016. The 20,000 sq. ft. facility features a tasting bar, retail outlet, and outdoor patio.
