Low Rider Effervescent Rosé (Single Serve)

This delicious Rosé is made from Gamay Noir and Cabernet Franc grapes from the Niagara Peninsula. The harvest date is chosen when the flavours are ideal and ripe. These grapes each had a 16 hour skin soak before gently pressed the fruit in our Diemme bladder press. The juice is pumped to tank for cold settling and clarification before racking to a secondary tank to start alcoholic fermentation. This fruit driven and clean Rosé is then racked clean to another tank before a light fining and filtering take place and then we carbonate it before it goes into can.
